My Granddaughter, in Denver wanted a costume for Halloween with a dark skirt and flames along the bottom, and she asked me if I could make it for her. I found this black, stretchy skirt at the local resale shop that was just right. I found fabric in my stash, perfect for flames. October, about 2010.
