I made this quilt for my neighbor, Barbara, who stops by to visit me a lot as she walks her dog, now especially since my illness hit. She also has been available to take in our mail and newspaper, and generally a good friend. I saw this pattern on the internet, they called it "Rubic's Cube" I used some favorite fabrics in large pieces and made the smaller pieces of the same stuff in random positions on the white. I machine quilted it, experimenting on different patterns. It was a fun quilt to do.
