I had this packet of 10 inch square material, very nice stuff, with owls on it. The second picture and the 4th are the original squares. I cut up the other large squares so I could I could make the matching patchwork. I had to buy some extra fabric to add, and also the white. This is the first and only quilt I've made on point, it's a little tricky to figure out the size to cut the corner inserts. Anyway, I had Tommye Paddock in the guild quilt it for me on her long arm machine. Notice the little owl quilted in one of the triangles. This quilt was for Sonya's, Jill's and my friend from New Jersey, Laura Terry - "LT" and her family,
