This was an interesting project and I spent way too much time on it. Someone in the quilt guild had sent away for some vintage handkerchiefs for her quilt. She had some left over so offered them to us. I picked out a bunch, and Debbie Hughes suggested we make a collage/wall hanging out of it. I cut out the most interesting parts of many hankies, and basted them on backing and put it in this hoop as a frame. I added a few trinkets, like the key and a coil from somewhere. It's hanging on the wall in my studio.
