It seems everyone in the guild was making the quilt with this pattern. It's quite and interesting technique and when someone offered to show us exactly how to do it, I grabbed some material and went to see how it was done. It's kind of hard to really see this, but it is a wonderful way to make a complicated looking quilt, and very different. My friend Janeen happened to have a wall painted the perfect color in her bedroom, so I gave her the quilt.
