When Val was expecting her first baby, I bought this kit and embroidered it up and made the quilt and pillow cover. After we lived in Moab for 6 months, Vere fell off a ladder and broke his ankle, really shattered it. One day while I was hanging out in GrJunction at the hospital, I went over to Hobby Lobby and bought this kit. I worked on it while waiting with Vere for his medical procedures. Then I hand quilted it and the pillow cover too. Heirloom pieces.
