King Size, M & B Quilt, 1999
This quilt has quite a history. When Bruce and Michelle were married, Tina designed this quilt for them on graph paper. It's made to look like a counted cross stitch pattern. We had seen some quilts made in this way at a museum. I love the idea and have often thought of making a quilt from a X stitch pattern. Tina also cut out a lot of the pieces, 2 inch squares (I think, might have been 2 1/2")I used the graph, and sewed it together row by row. This was in Maplewood. I must have finished it before we moved because here it is hanging on the clothes line in the back yard. I think this is a very impressive quilt, (bragging rights!!)
